Email your RFP or vendor request to david@pagacandco.com. To get a priced response back fastest, include:

• Property address and unit count — plus the specific units in scope, if it's a defined list.
• Scope — turnovers, standing maintenance, a volume program, or a one-off renovation.
• Target dates — vacancy dates, lease-up deadlines, or the response tiers you need committed.
• Photos or a condition report, if you have them. Even phone photos cut a round trip out of the estimate.
• Your vendor requirements — insurance limits, additional-insured language, W-9, invoice format, portal or PO conventions.

You'll get a transparent, line-item estimate rather than a lump sum, so you can compare it against anything else on your desk and chargeback cleanly to owners. Certificates of insurance and a W-9 are issued within one business day of a request.
